Terms & Policies

  1. Order Policy
    • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is made.
    • Customised and bulk orders require advance payment of 75%. Rest 25% has to be made when the parcel is shipped.
    • Once the order is in processing or production, cancellations are not allowed.
  2. Shipping & Delivery
    • We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners.
    • Delivery timelines vary by location (usually 3–7 working days).
    • Vyom Curations is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Return & Exchange Policy
    • Due to the curated nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
    • If an item arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours with photos/unboxing videos.
    • We will replace only the damaged product, not the entire hamper.
  4. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled before it enters processing.
    • No refunds on customised or bulk orders.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Product Variation
    • At times, certain items may be substituted with equal or higher-value products depending on availability.
    • Colours, packaging, or product shades may vary slightly due to lighting or manufacturing differences.
  6. Privacy Policy
    • We respect your privacy.
    • Customer data (address, contact info, payment details) is kept confidential and used only for order-related communication.
    • We do not share personal data with third parties except courier partners for delivery.
  7. Branding & Customisation
    • Custom branding, logo printing, and personalised tags/cards are available for corporate and bulk orders.
    • Once approved by the client, customised designs cannot be altered.
